The full office gathers once a week, in person at Scarsdale, virtually for those working from home or showings, and recorded for anyone who needs to catch up later. Topics rotate between market intelligence, deal structuring, marketing strategy, technology mastery, presentation craft, and regulatory updates.

Every agent attends regardless of experience level. A first-week agent and a fifteen-year producer get value from the same room because the conversation is structured to be useful at both ends. That's the difference education makes.
